This model combines the output of the MVSI 10/17500-S02 with a split cover, allowing wearing parts to be replaced quickly without heavy dismantling.
This split-cover arrangement simplifies checking and adjusting the weights without shutting down the whole production line.

The MVSI 10/17500-S02-TS houses a three-phase asynchronous motor mounted on lifetime-greased ball bearings with double shielding. The cast iron housing gives IP66 IK08 protection, for continuous operation from -20°C to +40°C, including in damp or dusty surroundings.
As with every vibrator motor using eccentric weights, centrifugal force is set through the weights at both ends of the motor shaft. What sets this one apart: the weight cover splits into two half-shells removed radially, rather than the usual axial removal. The bearings are greased for life at the factory and need no additional lubrication at start-up.
