Flange-mounted electric vibrators

On these machines the mounting is made through a circular flange rather than feet. This is what makes it possible to fit them at the centre of a circular screen, where feet would find no bearing surface. Eight families, 48 references, up to 68.7 kN.

Flange or feet ?

The choice is one of geometry, not of power. On a circular screen the drive point sits at the centre of the body : there is no flat surface there for feet to bear on. The circular flange solves that.

For a hopper, a silo or a conveyor, on the other hand, foot mounting is the answer : a wider choice, twelve families, and forces up to 220 kN.

Complete vibrator motor or exciter ?

The MTF is a complete vibrator motor : weights included, it vibrates as soon as you connect it.

The MVB is supplied without weights : they are ordered separately in version A, B, C or D and fitted onto the machine. The force quoted is therefore a design maximum.

The VB goes one step further : the weights must be made by the builder of the vibrating machine, according to its electrical and mechanical characteristics. An essential difference when comparing prices.
