The CDX 3/1500-G/D is a 2-pole size 50 vibrator motor. It produces 15,9 kN on 50 Hz at 3’000 rpm, in a spheroidal graphite cast iron enclosure designed for classified zones.

The CDX 3/1500-G/D houses a three-phase asynchronous motor housed in a flameproof enclosure of type « db ». Gases from an internal explosion can only escape through flameproof joints whose geometry cools them before they reach the outside. Protection IP66, IK08, insulation class F (155 °C), permitted ambient from −20 °C to +40 °C.
Its centrifugal force adjusts steplessly from 0 to 100 % through the eccentric weights, with the patented ARS system preventing setting errors. Thermal protection 130 °C is fitted as standard, as on every type G/D CDX, and connecting it is an integral part of the conditions of use in a classified zone.
