The CDX 10/2610-G/D houses a three-phase asynchronous motor in a flameproof enclosure of type « db », whose integrity is what keeps the certification valid. Protection IP66, IK08, insulation class F (155 °C), permitted ambient from −20 °C to +40 °C, continuous duty S1.
From size 40 upwards, relubrication is through two greasing channels closed by screw plugs. These plugs must be refitted during operation without fail: leaving them open is a hazard in the event of an explosion. Quantities and intervals are given on the datasheet for the reference.
