Particularly suited to the following applications :
On the MVCC 3/1500, the battery’s direct current does not feed the motor directly. Italvibras patented a different arrangement : an electronic board, housed inside the vibrator itself, converts the direct current and feeds a three-phase asynchronous motor with vacuum-impregnated windings. The machine therefore keeps everything that makes an industrial motor reliable — no brushes, no commutator, so no electrical wearing parts — while running off a battery. High-strength aluminium alloy frame, cast iron bearing flange, alloy steel shaft with isothermal hardening, AISI 304 stainless steel weight covers.
Protection IP66, impact resistance IK08, continuous duty S1 from −20 °C to +40 °C, mounting in any position without restriction. The ball bearings are sealed and lubricated for life : no greasing required. Centrifugal force is adjusted steplessly through the position of the eccentric weights. A 2,5-metre high-strength synthetic rubber supply cable is supplied with the vibrator.
