Construction and operation of the FPLF-18-L
The Findeva FPLF-18-L piston vibrator does not require continuous lubrication during operation. Its linear vibration is produced by a coated steel piston, driven by compressed air through an integrated pneumatic valve. The housing is hard Ematal-coated aluminium; the mounting sleeve is hard anodised aluminium; the cap is anodised; a compression spring returns the piston. Quiet, with continuous and unlimited adjustment of amplitude and frequency, it operates up to 120°C (HT version up to 150°C, LT version down to -40°C on request), withstands extreme environmental conditions and is also available with ATEX certification.
