Construction and operation of the FPLF-50-M
The Findeva FPLF-50-M piston vibrator does not require continuous lubrication during operation. Its linear vibration is produced by a coated steel piston, driven by compressed air through an integrated pneumatic valve. The housing is hard Ematal-coated aluminium, the base plate is also hard Ematal-coated, the cap is anodised, and a compression spring returns the piston. Quiet and continuously adjustable, it operates up to 120°C (HT version up to 150°C, LT version down to -40°C on request), withstands extreme environmental conditions and is available with ATEX certification.
