Construction and operation of the FAL-35
Its vibration is produced by a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston — an optimal power-to-weight ratio that makes this pneumatic vibrator particularly efficient for conveying impulses. The aluminium housing, coated with hard Ematal, pairs with a hard anodised aluminium mounting sleeve and a coated steel piston. This extra-hard, corrosion-resistant surface results from aluminium oxidation generated by titaniferous electrolysis. Quiet and efficient, it offers continuous adjustment and operates up to 120°C (HT version up to 150°C, LT version down to -40°C on request). It further withstands extreme environmental conditions and is available with ATEX certification ; a protective bellows is available as an accessory for dusty or ATEX-classified environments.
