Construction and operation of the VTL-165
Its vibration is produced by a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston — an optimal power-to-weight ratio that makes this pneumatic piston vibrator particularly efficient for conveying impulses. The housing, in steel, pairs with a steel mounting sleeve and a coated steel piston. Quiet and efficient, it offers continuous adjustment and operates up to 150°C. It further withstands extreme environmental conditions and is available with ATEX certification ; a protective bellows is available as an accessory for dusty or ATEX-classified environments.
