This compressed air knocker is particularly suited for:

Construction and operation of the FKL-150 In
The piston is forced against a spring by compressed air ; with rapid bleeding, it then bounces against a baffle plate. In interval mode, impact depends on the time set by a throttle valve, with force adjusted via the three control bores. In single-impact mode, impact is triggered immediately after the 3/2-way valve switches ; several knockers can thus be operated in parallel. The hard-anodised aluminium housing, hard-anodised aluminium base plate and hard Ematal-covered cap protect a steel piston. Lubrication-free, it withstands extreme environmental conditions, wet and explosive environments, and is available with ATEX certification.
