The MVB 7000/15-FLC is a size 90 vertical vibrator, with a centre mounting flange and a shaft projecting on both sides. At 1’500 rpm it is rated for a maximum centrifugal force of 68,7 kN, that is 7000 kgf.

The MVB 7000/15-FLC houses a three-phase asynchronous motor with 4 poles, supplied from 220 to 690 V at 50 or 60 Hz. Its frame is spheroidal graphite cast iron, chosen for its strength and resilience, and its bearing flange transmits the load evenly. The bearings use a specific geometry, designed to take both heavy radial and axial loads. Protection IP66, impact resistance IK08, continuous duty S1 from −20 °C to +40 °C.
Mounting is typically vertical, but any position remains possible. The shaft projects on both sides, allowing a group of weights to be fitted at each end. The lifting rings are integral with the frame : there are no eyebolts on the shaft, and the machine must be handled by these lifting rings. Inverter control is available from 20 Hz up to base frequency, at constant torque.
