The Findeva K series ball vibrator is a lubrication-free pneumatic device designed to fluidize and transport bulk materials (grain, powders, pellets, gravel, sand), mounted on hoppers, discharge chutes and industrial pipework. The range includes 8 references — K-8, K-10, K-13, K-16, K-20, K-25, K-30 and K-36 — covering centrifugal forces from 130 N to 4,050 N to suit any installation size, from a small silo to a heavy industrial hopper.

Applications of K ball vibrators
Emptying bunkers and silos, screen filters, vibrating tables, anti-clogging in pipework, transport of bulk goods.

Construction
Hardened steel ball guided by raceways, nylon plates against dust and water, extruded aluminium alloy housing.

Adjustment
Progressive via compressed air pressure, from 2 to 6 bar.

Operating temperature
Up to 100°C (150°C on request).
