The CDX 075/910-G/D houses a three-phase asynchronous motor with 8 poles in a flameproof enclosure of type « db ». Protection IP66, impact resistance IK08, insulation class F (155 °C), permitted ambient from −20 °C to +40 °C.
On the slow pole counts, moving from 50 to 60 Hz changes the centrifugal force considerably: here it goes from 6,25 to 9,00 kN. PWM inverter control is available from 20 Hz up to operating frequency, at constant torque, with force varying as the square of speed.
