GOOD VIBRATION
Eight references with continuously adjustable frequency, from 0 to 6,000 vibrations per minute, from 15.4 to 52 kN. They let you match the vibration to the product and to the moulding stage — which a fixed frequency cannot do.

This is the second selection criterion, and it matters a great deal in service. Bolt-hole mounting fixes the vibrator directly onto the structure. Cradle mounting uses a standardised RS2 support, which makes removal and replacement easier.
On a precast table where vibrators are changed regularly, the cradle saves considerable time. On a machine where the vibrator never moves, bolt-hole mounting is sufficient and costs less.
Three elements change with the frame size. The frame shifts from aluminium alloy to spheroidal graphite cast iron from size AF50 upwards. The weight covers are AISI 304 stainless steel on size AF10 only. And the PTC thermistor is only fitted as standard from AF70. One thing they share : the bearings are of a specific design, to carry the load at high speed — at 9,000 rpm that is the critical point.
