The M3/4-S02 is the smallest reference in the Italvibras catalogue : 39 N of centrifugal force for 920 grams and 113 mm long. It fits where a conventional vibrator motor simply would not go.

The M3/4-S02 houses a asynchronous motor 2-pole motor housed in a high-strength light aluminium alloy frame with a polished surface. The weight covers are AISI 304 stainless steel. Protection IP65, insulation class F (155 °C), tropicalised as standard, continuous duty S1 from −20 °C to +40 °C.
The MICRO series is certified II 3 D under directive 2014/34/EU, protection level Ex tc IIIC T100 °C Dc, standards EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-31 — that is, use in zone 22, the zone where an explosive dust atmosphere occurs only exceptionally and briefly. CSA certification can be supplied on request (certificate LR 100948, Class II Div.2 Groups FG, T3B, standard UL 1004-1) ; in that case the unit ships without a capacitor and it is up to the user to fit a compliant one.
Force is set with eccentric weights made of thin laminations : adjustment is in steps, by changing the number of laminations fitted or their orientation. The ball bearings are sealed and lubricated for life, maintenance-free. Mounting is possible in any position without restriction, and inverter control is available from 20 to 60 Hz at constant torque.
