Description of the mounting suction cup for vibrator Findeva VTC-15

Available in single (1 suction cup) and double versions (2 suction cups, D series) depending on load and surface to cover.

It allows the vibrator’s air supply to be connected easily alongside that of the clamp, for a quick and reversible installation.

Applications of the mounting suction cup for vibrator VTC-15

This mounting suction cup for vibrator is particularly suited for:

  • One-off applications that do not justify a permanent mount
  • Smooth, clean, slightly curved surfaces, for better grip

Construction and operation of the VTC-15

The clamp uses one or more vacuum-actuated suction cups, combined with a drilled mounting plate to receive the vibrator. Compressed air feeds both the suction cup’s vacuum and the vibrator itself, via two separate circuits grouped on the same hose. A smooth, clean, slightly curved surface significantly improves the clamp’s grip. As soon as the vacuum supply is cut, the clamp detaches without leaving a mark, allowing it to be reused at another application point.
