The MVSI 075/26000-S90-TS takes the output of the MVSI 075/26000-S90, with a radially removable weight cover. This reference is available only in the 60Hz/460V version (the manufacturer offers no 50Hz version).
This split-cover arrangement simplifies checking and adjusting the weights without shutting down the whole production line.

The MVSI 075/26000-S90-TS houses a three-phase asynchronous motor mounted on lifetime-greased ball bearings with double shielding. The cast iron housing gives IP66 IK08 protection, for continuous operation from -20°C to +40°C, including in damp or dusty surroundings.
As with every vibrator motor using eccentric weights, centrifugal force is set through the weights at both ends of the motor shaft. What sets this one apart: the weight cover splits into two half-shells removed radially, rather than the usual axial removal. Continuous duty (S1) at the declared maximum centrifugal force and electrical power.
