The Findeva FPK high-frequency knockers are lubrication-free pneumatic impact vibrators, designed to knock off adhering material from the walls of silos, hoppers, chutes, filters, reactors and pipelines. They cover an impact frequency range of 1,350 to 4,600 min⁻¹ and a force range of 195 to 56,350 N, depending on the baffle plate used.
Each model is supplied with two interchangeable baffle plates of differing hardness, allowing precise adjustment of impact intensity for the application. Lubrication-free, they operate up to 120°C (HT version up to 150°C, LT version down to -40°C on request) and withstand dusty environments. The full range is also available with ATEX certification.
