Construction and operation

The ITV-VR/2510 is built around a three-phase induction motor, supplied from 24 to 690 V depending on type and frequency. The frame is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron and the weight covers of high-strength aluminium alloy. The shaft is alloy steel, austempered, and the bearings are of a specific design, drawn for Italvibras to carry heavy loads at high speed — the critical point on this type of machine.

IP66 protection, IK08 impact resistance, insulation class F, tropicalisation as standard, continuous duty S1 from −20 to +40 °C. Mounting is possible in any position. Declared conformity covers the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and standards EN/IEC 60034-1, UL 1004-1, CSA C22.2 No.100 and NEMA MG-1 ; CSA approval (certificate LR 100948) and EAC certification also apply.

Two mounting types in this range

Bolt-hole mounting fixes the vibrator directly onto the structure. Cradle mounting uses a standardised RS2 support, which makes removal and replacement easier — useful on a precast table where vibrators are changed regularly. This reference uses bolt-hole mounting.

This range is not ATEX certified
